Just what I wanted October 22, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
A few other reviewers were helpful in that they used these headphones exclusively for running which is what I was most interested in. Ear buds fall out of my ears.
I found these headphones to be very lightweight, much more comfortable than ear buds and most importantly they were stable and stayed put even at speeds up to 10mph. They even have a decent sound to boot!
AWESOME! October 10, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have been using this style of earphones for 6 years of jogging/working out. Granted I buy a new pair roughly every 2 years, you cannot find anything more comfy and with the same sound quality. Don't waste your dough on anything else.

These sound infinitely better than the ear buds that come with the IPODS plus they don't fall out of your ears like the buds. A few years ago I did pull one of the wires out so you do have to be a little careful with them. Plus they only cost $9.99.
Most comfortable stereo headset for me. September 30, 2008 I listen to classical music for hours at work and want high fidelity and comfort. The Sony MDR-W08l headset is the lightest and most comfortable to wear for a long time. It does not isolate me from conversation. I generally buy 2 at a time. One set lasts for about a year.
A runner's best friend! September 28, 2008 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
As a runner, I need lightweight headphones that don't jump/move/jar around. I hate ear buds (hate them!) as they are seemingly designed for people w/LARGE ear holes! These things are tiny, fit nicely IN your ear and provide great sound without annoying you on a long run! The price is fabulous too! Last time I ordered, I bought 4 pairs (whenever I like something it seems to be discontinued) and I just broke into pair #2 this week (after almost a year w/the others). I've run in these for 3 half marathons and countless training runs, inside and out. If I wouldn't wad them up and throw them in my gym bag, they'd probably last even longer, but eventually one side tends to give out.
