overall this product is okay. the only complain is it makes noise when you load and start to play, other than that i'm very pleased.

can't believe the ease of use. third dvd we own. easier than the cheap basics with great resolution,clarity. in sync with our samsumg lcd(which we did not expect)very happy with our purchase
