 Good purchase to save hearing October 27, 2008
I have recently been told I am partially deaf in upper frequencies and should wear ear plugs around loud noises whenever possible. The few times I have used them have been wonderful, it lowered the volume of everything but I was still able to hear the people around me talking. For the price it is a definite must have to protect your hearing.

These are much better than foam earplugs. everything's clear. First thing I did when I got them was test them out in a movie theater. Watched the whole movie with no problems. There is quite a bit of in-head noise, like breathing and chewing, but it is great for when I'm singing because I can hear myself clearly over the rest of the band.

I have very sensitive hearing and with these I can hear both the live music and conversations with my friends (without coming out of the show deaf). For the price this is a complete no-brainer purchase for anyone who likes live music.
