My first and last product from Tripplite. On my third unit as the first two failed less than 60 days old. Tripplite replaced the units each time at no cost, but what a hassle. Unit runs VERY HOT. Yes it is cheaper than similar AV UPS products from AVC, but as they say............you get what you pay for!
