Comfy, but definitely not noise reducing.September 3, 2010 Turquoise Waters(IL) These earbuds are comfortable. Nice that they come with three different sizes of the covers. Don't know how they can be called noise reducing though - as another reviewer wrote, I also have noise reducing cotton balls. lol
The one good thing is that if someone is standing next to me, they cannot hear my music. That is a huge thing for me. I ride the train every day and nothing is more annoying than being forced to listen to someone's music secondhand from a bad pair of headphones.
You Get What You Pay ForSeptember 3, 2010 Celeste(Louisiana) I guess it must be a new trend to call just about every pair of earbuds "noise reducing". Yes, they reduce noise. Just as anything you would stick in your ears would reduce noise. I have noise reducing q-tips and noise reducing cotton balls that work just as well. If you want noise reducing earbuds, there are not the ones. I get more noise reduction by sticking my fingers in my ears.
As for the quality of the product itself, all I can say is that you get what you pay for. I would recommend these for children or for people who aren't that concerned with the quality of sound. They, of course, will not compete with some of the more expensive products on the market, but they work fine. I'll keep mine at my office for mandatory web casts.
Overall, better than I expected for the price but nothing to get too excited about.
AMAZING budsSeptember 3, 2010 Wfmissile(Florida) I have to say these are some of the nicest earbuds I have ever used/bought. The price was a total steal and the quality is excellent. They also come with extra(and different size) gel tabs, which I absolutely love. Would recommend these to anyone.
Short livedSeptember 3, 2010 101mutts I have a Sansa MP3 player and have had a long series of earbuds that last a short while. These were by far the most comfortable. I liked the smallest size ear bud. Sound was good. I listen to audiobooks and music, no complaints. And I was impressed by the miminalistic environmental packaging. But they died after 4 months. First one ear went out then the other. I went to JBuds to apply for the warranty but you have to register in the first month to be able to get the warranty. Too bad. My sister's $5 Coby earbuds have lasted a little longer.
Very good ear budsSeptember 2, 2010 Mike Pfistner These are great earbuds, but i am giving it 3 stars because the wire came loose in on the left side and now there is no sound in that ear bud. I mainly use them at my desk at work and i had to order a new pair after 8 months. The sound, comfort and noise reduction aspects of these are great, but the fact that they became unusable after 8 months, gets them 3 stars.
