Disappointing November 22, 2008 0 out of 3 found this review helpful
I hate to rain on the party here with all the glowing reviews of this product, but I was disappointed in them. I bought them on the recommendation of the Daily Giz Wiz podcast (Leo Laporte and Dick DiBartolo). First of all, the only earbuds the package says they work with are the original Apple iPod earbuds. Well, who uses those five minutes after you open the box? And even on those, they don't work very well. I've got three or four other sets of earbuds, and they just don't allow for a very snug fit in the ear, which is crucial to getting good sounds from earbuds, especially those that are designed to fit in the ear canal. So I would say save your $8 dollars and take a pass on the BudFits earbud holders.
Nicely Done! November 19, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I read about these in MacWorld Magazine and ordered a pair right away. I've used them several times and they work great. It seems like over-the-ear headphones are the only ones that will work when I go running. I'm not a fan of the over-the-ear style when I'm lounging around the house, which is why I like BudFits so much, because when I get home I can quickly take off BudFits and just use the buds by themselves. Very nice product!
Work Well with Bose Earbuds August 30, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I use Bose earbuds with my Ipod when I'm working out, but the earbuds constantly fall out of my ears. Budfits made a huge difference. Now the earbuds stay securely in place - during the whole workout!
This product is made for IPod earbuds, but it worked surprisingly well with my Bose earbuds.
Thanks for budfits! June 23, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Budfits essentially mate with your i-Pod earbuds to turn them into something kind of like a pair of earhook type headphones that you can buy separately. The advantage is that the sound quality of the iPod headphones is maintained and they are a lot cheaper than new headphones. This is a simple and clever product.
rock it on :) June 20, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Budfits are seriously a great idea and I don't know why they haven't been around since the birth of the iPod. I exercise 5 times a week and I travel a lot so I use my iPod a ton. The little tiny headphones that came with the iPod are a joke when you're moving around a lot so this is a true answer to that problem. And the price is really low for what you get.
