Too expensiveMay 18, 2010 Jacfucios(San Jose, Costa Rica) 3 out of 8 found this review helpful
How can a single use, single purpose remote control cost US$350 ??? When I compare with related products such as IPod, IPhone, Logitech Harmony remotes, I cannot justify to myself paying this price.
OutstandingApril 16, 2010 TCK(MN, USA) Simple to set up and use. Got it for my wife who doesn't take to new tech easily. Learned to use and love it on the first day. Uses it all the time. Well-designed and manufactured product. ...just hope it doesn't get dropped.
Best Wireless Digital Music System Out ThereMarch 31, 2010 Sarah F. Smith With the complicated whole house music systems available today, the Sonos Digital Music System is by far the best and easiest to use. With in minutes of putting it in my hands, I was able to access all of my computer music, listen to Pandora and then connect to internet radio - absolutely amazing!

Great little package and a great interface to the Sonos SystemJanuary 12, 2010 Mr. A. J. Stewart(Chicago) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
What can I say. I was a bit horrified at the price, especially as we already had the Sonos APP on out iTouch so could access and control the system for free.
However, I think every home should have at least one of these RC's. They reek of quality, looks fabulous and would look great on the sideboard in the lounge waiting to be used. The interface is brilliant, fast and having all 400 album covers and track lists available is great.
Also the interface to Last.FM and the other radio programs has meant I am not listening to a lot more tailored radio from the UK. I can now get Radio 4 from the UK in crystal clear clarity which is wonderful.
Can't say enough good things about this. Some things are just worth paying for.
Big improvement on controllerDecember 30, 2009 KRS10(Philadelphia, PA USA) We've been Sonos users since 2007 and have two of the original remotes. We bought one of the new remotes and it's a big improvement. Touchscreen navigation with an iPhone-like scroll you control with a flip of your finger. Search functionality is a million times better. The only thing I'd add to a Sonos wishlist is the ability for a user to make a custom screen that pushes all of our favorites into one category, so things like our local NPR station are just one click away instead of three or four. But this is splitting hairs. We love our Sonos and use the system constantly, from streaming radio to playing entire albums via Rhapsody, or even podcasts downloaded via iTunes. It rocks.
