I ordered a Samsung 23" LCD TV through Amazon. Samsung uses a 200/200 Mount not the 75/100 Mount that comes with this product. I followed the rather weak directions and mounted the unit to my wall only to find out the TV mount does not fit my TV. I now have two large wholes in my wall. Lastly, Monster's customer service does not answer the phone on Saturdays even though their voice message does not exclude any day of the week for service hours.
I am glad, I ordered it from Amazon, because the return is easy.

You know you are getting an overbuilt, high priced item from Monster. this product, however, is worth it. Stores sell mounts at ridiculously inflated prices, you buy here and it is reasonable.
Very solid, the ball and socket adjustment attachment allows fine leveling and slight tilt adjustment, so no matter which direction you face it and no matter whether the surface you attached it to was perfectly vertical, you can get it perfectly level.
Little technophile touches include adjustability of the hinge joints and the ball and socket joint to make them looser or stiffer (a tiny amount of adjustment makes a huge difference).

This is a heavy-duty, well made item and beats the items I found at the local Wally World for the same price. It's easily installed with excellent packaging and instructions.
