Pros - Comes with everything you need to install; omnimount customer service is great if you have any questions; is attractive, durable and high quality; works exactly as manufacturer states
Cons - screw sizes are metric so we didn't have the exact size drill bit needed. We opted to just use the closest smaller size and wiggle it around to make the hole slightly larger; labels on parts did not match the parts list but we were able to figure out what was what fairly easily
Overall - I love this mount! Was very easy to install (does require two people) and it looks great. I recommend calling Omnimount prior to purchasing to confirm your mount choice. They can also let you know if any adapters are needed in advance based on the TV you'll be mounting(very nice to know!). Their website is also very informative. We installed this with a 32 -inch samsung flat panel in my office/den and we're very happy with it.

I did alot of research on mounts before buying this one. I needed 180 of viewing because of where I had to mount the TV and this one did the trick. Out of the box though the unit does appear tight (The pivot points on the arm are hard to move) but the weight from the TV does improve on that. I am using it with a Samsung 32 LCD and its fantastic! Happy customer...not to mention received it the day after ordering it.
