I ended up needing another hdmi cable so I ordered this one about a week or so after I had already purchased a cable from someone else on Amazon...this cable is thicker, feels, and looks better built. I found out that the "28awg" that mediabridge lists in their product description refers to the thickness or gauge of the cable as it was explained to me. The cable on a whole feels very sturdy and fits into my tv and dvr snugly, doesn't seem as though I will have any problems with the connector coming loose or falling out. Which is a problem that two of my buddies had with their hdmi cables. Bottom line I would recommend this hdmi cable to anyone.

This HDMI cable lived up to my expectations. Both the sound and picture are great going from my PS3 to my 1080p LCD TV, the picture also looks great coming from the DVR. I can tell the difference between the 1080i coming from my DVR and the 1080p coming from my Blu-Ray movies. Great Bargain!
