 Great picture with a major flaw December 1, 2008

Yes, the picture is great, but the major flaw is this: There's no way to record a signal from the TV to my DVD recorder. Plenty of "in" plugs but no video "out" plugs. Why???

I just bought this baby for Christmas. I tried it and looks promising, but my daughter needs to like it.

Terrific small TV November 30, 2008
Great picture, great sound. This replaced a 19-inch Proscan that was purchased primarily because it had 5 watt per channel speakers. Sound quality in these smaller sets is often terrible. This Samsung delivers 3 watts per channel and does the same job admirably. But the picture is the sharpest we've enjoyed on any of the small sets previously purchased. We're connected to standard cable, and even the non-digital, non-HDTV channels are bright and detailed. At $299 through Amazon, this was truly a fabulous bargain! Don't hesitate on this if you need a great TV with a small footprint.

I purchased this TV as a replacement for our 20 yo 11inch kitchen Tv. The family couldnt be more thrilled with the replacement. There is really nothing I have found to be a negative with this tv yet.
It is very bright, great colors, easy to setup and delete all those peskie cable channels you never want to scan thru.
Another great amazon purchase in the books !!
