No, big doesnt always equal good but our TST2 tower loudspeaker is spectacular by any standard. A bit taller and deeper than our TST1, this speaker really gets down to fundamentals for bass thats, well, window-rattling. Outstanding Speaker December 19, 2008
Better than Bose. The best sound for the price, I would put these up against Bose, Sony and Yamaha. I am running them on a Harmon Kardon 3480 Receiver 120w per Channel. Pioneer CD player. The Quality will blow you away. The only problem I had was FedEx dropping them off the truck, Thought I might have a coronary thrombosis. I recommend them.

It sounds excellent. Not in your face but not a note is lost. Heard things I never heard in my old speakers, which were, Kenwood three ways with 15 inch woofers. Worth more than twice the price. Highly recommended!
