Nice speakers and very portable. This does not have rechargeable batteries it uses disposable. Fun for a teen

I like the features of these speakers--alarm clock, zipper case, etc. My only problem with it is when I put my iPod in the dock and press play, it does not play immediately--there is a few second delay. In turn, I adjust the volume, thinking it is turned down too low, then when the iPod starts, it blares the volume. Otherwise, I am very happy with the speakers.

These speakers were more than I expected in quality and sound. I reviewed and shopped for a week before I made my final decision. For the price you can't beat this set up. The only minor "issue" I found with them is when I put my iTouch 2nd generation on it and I'm leaning over to change the volume up or down, sometimes I acidentally knock the iTouch off the connector and I have to rehook it back up so that's a minor annoyance. However, for what it offers in price and quality it's worth the annoyance. In the future a remote would be ideal.

I wanted the Roxy speakers, which is the same but a bit more expensive. These are the same thing, it just doesn't have the Roxy name on it. Can't beat the price and they sound great. I wanted something small that would travel well and be great to listen to on the beach. It even has an alarm clock on it. I also got it within a few days of the order.
