Amazon.com Product Description Installing rear speakers has never been easier than with the wireless Sony WAHT-SD1 adapter. Simply connect the included 200-Watt amplifier and infrared receiver and place the rear speakers of your BRAVIA Theater system exactly where you want them. Without the hassle of custom installation, you can avoid the tedious job of hiding speaker wires and spend more time watching movies with room-filling surround sound.

Not completely wireless October 1, 2008 0 out of 3 found this review helpful
We purchased this item because we needed some of the speakers wireless, however, with this unit they must still be wired to a separate unit that transmits to the stereo.
Excellent product. August 11, 2008 I have nothing negative to say about this product. The wireless link is flawless. My surround speakers sound like i'm at the movie theater.
Wireless and Witless April 6, 2008 10 out of 11 found this review helpful
Once properly set up, this wireless kit does work effectively; however, the remote sensor is quite sensitive to direction and stops working whenever it jogs out of perfect alignment with the main transmitter. Also, I am admittedly a home theater neophyte, but to me, wireless meant "no wires"... You still have wires from the wireless kit to each of the rear speakers; all you've eliminated are the wires running to the main receiver/amplifier. That's better than nothing, but I'd truly love something that eliminates all but the main power cord!
It works!!! January 30, 2008 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
Bought this for my New Sony Bravia Davx 500. It was so easy to install. Just follow the directions and it works great on my rear speakers.
Nice alternative to wired surround; easy setup January 18, 2008 8 out of 9 found this review helpful
Works seamlessly with the Bravia HDX500 system. Need to keep the line-of-sight clear between the transmitter and the receiver.
