Panasonic SC-PT960 Deluxe 5 DVD Home Theater System
We bought this home theater in a box system from Panasonic to go with a 46" Samsung LCD we purchased for a home theater in our basement. Set-up of the system was pretty easy, as the instructions were reasonably clear and everything was well marked. The sound is great. Our only complaint is that there are so many options and making changes sometimes requires some hunting to find the right place to make them. I guess that goes with the territory in the more complicated digital TV/sound experience.
Excellent Sound January 6, 2009
The SC-PT960 is a great system at a low price. The wireless system is easy to set up and works well with both the rear speakers and additional speakers in another room.

HOME THEATER January 6, 2009
This home theater system is very nice. We feel like we are at the Movie Theater when we are watching movies. It is an excellent choice. The price is great.
Best sound for component system and money January 6, 2009
I brought the system home and it was to be set up at GF house. From the min I opened the box it was easy. Everything is separated and inst and assembly was simple. One good phillip's screw driver was needed. The wireless speakers, Amp / receiver were easy to configure. THE SOUND is excellent. I work with sound systems that cost upwards of $500k and this system is crisp, clear, adjustable and it all comes with low power. I would suggest this to everyone with a Panasonic TV since they connect well. As well as someone putting a system together. Viera works well and the system looks great. Its a buy in my book for the money.
